Quick Draw Schedule:

8:00-8:55am   All Artists Check-In at Table on Left Side of Harford Sheriff's Office at 45 S. Main St. in Bel Air

9:00-11:00am  Timed Painting Period in downtown Bel Air 

11:00-11:30am  Artists frame paintings and set them up for display on their easels along left side of Harford Sheriff's Office: 45 S. Main St. Bel Air  


11:30-1:00pm   Quick Draw Community Art Sale

12:30-1:00pm   Quick Draw Awards Ceremony

Registration, Awards, and Art Sale at 45 S. Main St. Bel Air, MD

The Quick Draw Competition is a FUN community painting event for ALL AGES to paint city street views of the Town of Bel Air with our regional juried artists who are competing in the Harford Plein Air Festival. 

After the two-hour painting period from 9am-11am, the artists frame their paintings and bring them to the display area at 45 S. Main St. Bel Air, MD along the left side of the Harford Sheriff's Office.   All paintings will have the opportunity to be selected for an award by arts judge Crystal Moll, and the awards ceremony will begin at 12:30pm.  All paintings will be available for sale from 11:30-1pm.

Entry Fees:
$25 for Adults (age 18 and older) 
$10 for Students (4th grade - 12th grade) 
*Children younger than 4th grade:  Free
*Online registration is recommended for faster check-in. ​​
