Debra Howard (Crisfield, Maryland)
Debra has been juried into and won awards in Plein Air competitions in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Indiana, Florida, Michigan and Virginia. She has been the Artist in Residence for many national parks and is a recognized Artist Member of the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association. She spends May through November, traveling and painting in her little RV with her dog, Bear. Debra paints in oils and when not traveling, she resides in Crisfield, Maryland. Her painting "Bel Air Blue Doors" won the 1st Place Juried Artist Quick Draw award in the 2018 Harford Plein Air Festival, sponsored by the Bel Air Cultural Arts Commission.
