​Gift/Database Processor


Location:  Bel Air, MD
 
Salary:  Hourly Rate, Commensurate with experience
 
Job Type:  Part-Time (2-3 days/week, 2-3 hours/day)

Description:
The Center for the Visual and Performing Arts Inc., a non-profit located in Bel Air, MD, is looking for a gift/database processor for a part-time position.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Recognizing and accurately entering applicable donation and donor information
- Gift processing and receipting
- Communication with donors

Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (2-3+ hours/day)

Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

--Minimum of 2 years of experience as a gift processor
--Donor Perfect experience preferred
--Superior data entry skills
--Superior communication skills
--Ability to multi-task and prioritize
--Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
