Collectors' Preview Party & Artist Awards Ceremony Bel Air Armory: 37 N. Main St. Bel Air, MD 21014 7pm-10pm Admission: $35.00 per person The Harford Plein Air Collectors' Preview Party allows art collectors to have the first opportunity to view the entire plein air competition exhibit and purchase paintings of Harford County scenes created by the juried artists in the Harford Plein Air Festival. The price of tickets count as a voucher towards the purchase of a painting.
