Held on the Bear Legacy Adventure Trails of the Maryland Center for the Arts, the first-ever Trees! workshop for students aged 10-16, brought youth from all over Harford County to explore the wooded site and future home of the new community arts center. In the morning, they studied the site's trees, flora, and fauna with biology teacher Deanna McGill and expressed their impressions through visual art with Laura Numsen, dance with Amanda Pugh, theater with Dawn Sinclair, and music with the MDCfA's Executive Director, Dr. Bob Willenbrink. The week culminated in an exhibition and performance for family and friends on Friday evening.
