What is the Annual Quick Draw Competition?
The Quick Draw Competition is a timed, 2-hour outdoor painting event, open to artists of all ages, for the fun opportunity to paint outdoor scenes for awards judging and sale. 
The 2020 Harford Plein Air Painting Festival was made possible by grants from the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC), the Harford County Cultural Arts Board with funding through the MSAC, and the Harford County Office of Community and Economic Development.
